FloraCraft, a 70-year-old Ludington, Michigan manufacturer of Styrofoam-based floral, craft and educational products, expanded into mass‑market retail and grew to about 3,500 SKUs. That scale exposed limits in its legacy MXP ERP and WHSe‑LINK warehouse system—manual, non‑serialized inventory, data lag and poor visibility—creating longer lead times, planning challenges and unreliable costing and reporting.

FloraCraft rolled out the Plex Manufacturing Cloud across four plants, adding serialized inventory, UPC scanning/verification, Advanced Planning & Scheduling and focused training. The company achieved 100% UPC verification, a 60% increase in revenue with zero increase in labor hours, improved Walmart fill rate from 99.35% to 99.7%, a 60% increase in SKUs placed with Walmart, and earned Walmart Supplier of the Year recognition.
