Spring Dynamics Eliminates Inventory Discrepancies with Plex

Spring Dynamics, Inc., a Michigan-based manufacturer of automotive springs with a second plant in Texas, had been running an on‑premise ERP that lacked shop‑floor control, traceability and robust reporting. After a costly failed implementation and a careful review of vendors, the company selected Plex ERP over QAD because Plex was more user‑friendly, less expensive up front, and widely used by Spring Dynamics’ customers.

Plex was deployed across both facilities in four months, delivering a cloud‑based, integrated ERP/MES/quality/CRM solution with barcode tracking and real‑time reporting.
