Pax Machine Works, a family-owned metal stamping company founded in 1948 in Celina, Ohio, operates a large precision-stamping and tool & die facility alongside a sister company. As the business grew, Pax faced limitations with its legacy, heavily customized system and paper-based processes—relying on a single employee for support—and needed better digitization, visibility, and scalability to stay competitive.

Pax selected Plex ERP and worked with Revolution Group and internal SMEs to implement the cloud-based system (go-live February 2016) and later add MES automation and machine integration.
