Dura-Shiloh is a 100+-year-old global automotive systems supplier based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, with 32 facilities across 13 countries and growing capabilities in combustion and electric-vehicle components. As its North American footprint expanded, the company was using seven different ERP systems, creating inconsistent plant-to-plant data and forcing teams to spend more time finding and cleaning information than running the business.

Dura-Shiloh partnered with Plex to standardize on a single, manufacturing-focused ERP, spending seven months on a common design and then rolling out Plex to 15 plants (each deployed in under 16 weeks).
