Facing hundreds of thousands of possible product configurations—TruStep alone has about 450,000 potential builds—the company needed a manufacturing system that could ensure precision, speed, and regulatory traceability across complex customization, ordering, and global distribution.

College Park implemented the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform, a cloud-based solution that combines ERP, MES, SCM, CRM and quality management.
