Coastal Automotive, a Rochester Hills, MI–based supplier of engineered materials for automotive safety (including NASCAR’s IMPAXX™ foam and numerous OEM awards), grew rapidly and found its spreadsheet- and point-system–based processes couldn’t keep up.
