Arrow Fabricated Tubing, based in Garland, TX, is a long-standing supplier of copper, aluminum, and stainless-steel tubing and assemblies to the HVAC (and other) industries. Faced with paper-based processes, a disconnected legacy system, limited shop-floor visibility, frequent manual intervention, and poor finished-goods inventory control, Arrow needed a digitized manufacturing and quality solution to reduce errors, speed decision-making, and support growth.

Arrow implemented the cloud-based Plex MES (plus DemandCaster for supply‑chain planning), digitizing work instructions, barcode tracking, production recording, and digital checksheets. The solution delivered real-time data access, empowered shop-floor staff, improved forecasting and material planning, and raised finished-goods inventory accuracy to about 98–99%, while reducing quality costs and increasing overall data visibility for faster decision making.
