A&K Finishing, a privately owned plastics paint job shop serving automotive and other industries, struggled with manual, spreadsheet-driven processes that made physical inventory counts slow and inaccurate, forced managers to spend up to 85% of their time on data entry, and caused fragmented workflows and quality delays. The company needed an ERP to unify data, improve quality control, and support rapid growth.

The change delivered nearly 100% accuracy on about $500k of inventory, cut scrap from ~3% to 1.5%, eliminated manager data entry, and helped the company manage more than 100% revenue growth in one year while shifting managers’ time to continuous improvement.
