A Pleo Case Study

Perky Blenders - Customer Case Study

Perky Blenders is a fast-growing London coffee roastery and café group (four sites) founded by Adam and Victoria Cozens. Their main challenge was the time‑consuming cash and admin burden of managing purchases across multiple shops — they needed a stable expense solution to stop chasing invoices and to give individual sites more autonomy. To solve that they turned to Pleo, using Pleo cards and its automation to simplify spend management.

Pleo issued each Perky Blenders shop its own card and automated expense tracking, making branches self-sufficient for supplier orders (cups, lids, cleaning supplies, etc.) and removing invoice build‑ups. The result was clearer, traceable spending, far less invoice chasing, reduced admin for the founders and bookkeeper, and greater agility to focus on growth — all achieved through Pleo’s cards and automation.
