Think Digital, a 33‑person agency in Copenhagen, faced a fragmented spending process: only the four partners had company cards, so employees borrowed cards or used personal funds while travelling, approvals and signoffs were messy, and there was no real‑time view of spending. To address this, Think Digital adopted Pleo’s card and expense management platform.
Pleo rolled out virtual and plastic cards for all employees, with real‑time spending limits, receipt matching, quick onboarding and accounting integrations. As a result, card coverage increased from four partners to all 33 staff, the bookkeeper’s workload on expense reports has declined heavily, and leadership now sees spending in real time—improving control, trust and productivity thanks to Pleo.
