European Energy, a renewables company based in Søborg with about 110 employees across 11 countries, was struggling with manual expense reporting: a student assistant spent days handling receipts, the finance team had to enter monthly bank-statement lines into Navision and match receipts manually, and there was no real-time overview across projects and clients.
