A Pleo Case Study
Cobe, a Copenhagen-based architecture and urbanism studio of about 150 people known for projects like Nørreport Station and the Adidas HALFTIME building, faced a time-consuming, paper-based expense process: staff clipped receipts to forms and the accountant made roughly 200–300 reimbursements a month. To modernize spending, Cobe trialled Pleo’s corporate cards and spending solution.
Pleo issued cards to a large portion of the team, replacing the old paper workflow with card payments, digital receipt capture and easier reconciliation. The switch to Pleo noticeably reduced the finance team’s administrative burden, streamlined monthly expense handling that had required 200–300 manual payouts, and gave staff — including architects like Jacob Blak — a faster, simpler way to manage receipts and purchases.
