Actimo solved all their company spending struggles with Pleo

Actimo, a Copenhagen-based B2B software company with about 50 employees, struggled with company spending before adopting Pleo: only 2–3 shared corporate cards, no real-time visibility into who made purchases, and constant chasing of missing receipts. These issues created friction, risk of internal fraud, and administrative overhead for managers like CEO Eske Gunge.

Actimo implemented Pleo in early 2017, issuing virtual and plastic Pleo cards to every employee and using Pleo’s real-time dashboard, receipt-matching mobile app, and configurable spending limits. The result: all employees can make company purchases independently (for Actimo’s ~50 staff), managers regain control with on‑the‑fly limits and card disabling, receipt hunting has been eliminated, and the leadership team reports a clear productivity boost thanks to Pleo.
