Gray Bird Cap Company, founded by brothers Chad and Mike, set out to raise awareness and funds to fight domestic minor sex trafficking in partnership with nonprofit Ransomed Life by selling awareness baseball caps. Their challenge was turning retail sales into consistent, meaningful support and public engagement around a very difficult issue; Pledgeling stepped in to simplify and automate the giving process using its GIVE & GROW Shopify app and donation workflows.
