Plecto delivered real‑time dashboards shown on office TV screens, integrated via webhooks and the Plecto API to pull data from Flexfone, Intercom, Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook and Zapier, with updates visible within seconds. The Plecto implementation plus gamification and a dedicated Customer Success Manager increased transparency, employee engagement and ownership—helping Team.blue track pending work, hit targets and keep the “numbers green,” improving performance and company culture.
