FedEx Office sought to invigorate its nearly 1,700 design, copy, and print centers by adding music, messaging, and video to enhance the in-store experience. PlayNetwork was engaged to deliver a comprehensive media solution, including a branded music concept with five custom channels, overhead messaging, audio/video systems, artist promotion, and an original short-form documentary-style series, "Small Business, Big Potential."
PlayNetwork implemented a consistent global audio/video program with location-based flexibility, curated soundtracks, and promotional activations (including SXSW tie-ins), while extending content online. The initiative deepened customer connections by giving small-business customers a voice, placed the FedEx Office brand in front of audiences in-store and online, and earned two Telly Awards (Bronze — Online Video, B2B; Bronze — Online Video, Promotional Branding).
