Dick's Last Resort, a U.S. bar and restaurant chain known for its irreverent dining experience, engaged PlayNetwork to better communicate the playful "Dick's Experience" to new customers and to build in-house and online community. PlayNetwork responded with a creative media program combining music curation, original video content, and social integration services.
PlayNetwork developed an energetic, identifiable music program, produced two original video series ("Dick's Quickies" and "Reel World Dicks"), and implemented live tweet-to-screen and Flickr-to-screen features to drive guest interaction. As a result, Dick's Last Resort strengthened its brand and community presence, produced over 25 original video episodes since April 2011, and has logged more than 10,000 hours of online viewing to date.
