Church’s Chicken, a U.S.-based restaurant chain, wanted to reimagine its mobile app to deepen brand connections and give guests a reason to return through music. To achieve this, Church’s selected PlayNetwork and its CURIO content-delivery platform to create a branded music experience integrated into the Church’s mobile app.
PlayNetwork developed a licensed, hand-curated music program with custom channels refreshed monthly by a dedicated Music Supervisor and delivered ad-free via CURIO, allowing guests to discover and play branded music from anywhere. PlayNetwork’s solution also surfaced listening-trend insights—average visits, songs per session, and engagement time—providing Church’s measurable behavioral data to better engage guests and inform marketing strategy.
