Richmond American Homes used PlayerLync to improve the tablet-based tools their Design Consultants relied on in home galleries. The team needed a better mobile, video-friendly sales enablement solution because their existing content management system made it hard to quickly access spec sheets and manufacturer videos and required too much manual effort to update sales materials.
PlayerLync implemented an iPad-based solution that gave the sales team offline access to sales tools, allowed them to annotate designs and blueprints, and enabled AirPlay mirroring of presentations and videos to TVs during customer walkthroughs. As a result, Richmond American Homes improved the customer experience, made it easier for consultants to showcase options, and better leveraged their tablet investment, though no specific numerical metrics were provided.
