Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, a restaurant franchise with 90 locations, needed a better way to train employees and roll out new recipes, promotions, policies, and procedures across its stores. Its previous mix of applications made it hard to distribute videos and documents, especially for back-of-house staff, and employees struggled to find the right content for their role or location. Old Chicago turned to PlayerLync to address these training and content distribution challenges.

PlayerLync implemented its content distribution and review technology for iPad and tablets, enabling videos and files to automatically download and remain accessible even without an Internet connection. As a result, Old Chicago was able to consolidate multiple tools into a single solution, improve training consistency across all 90 locations, and give employees immediate access to the resources they needed. The rollout was completed in less than a month, with content tightly controlled by role and store location.
