The Denver Broncos, an NFL team based in Dove Valley, Colorado, were relying on a cumbersome 500-page three-ring binder, DVDs, and scattered email/text communication to share weekly game plans, scouting reports, and talent evaluations. PlayerLync was brought in to modernize how the team delivered and accessed playbooks and film.

PlayerLync implemented a tablet-based app that lets coaches distribute practice and game film right after practice, with built-in messaging and annotation tied to specific plays and playbook content. The result was easier film study anywhere without internet access, better use of downtime, more time for coaches on the field, and a shared tool for the front office and scouts to support drafts and trades.
