TEACH is a national nonprofit focused on building diverse teacher talent pipelines for K-12 schools, and it needed a reliable way to run its Digital Recruitment Platform as it expanded into more states and regions. The organization’s challenge was to maintain and improve a growing set of Drupal-based recruitment websites while keeping data secure and compliant, especially with FERPA requirements.

Platform.sh, now Upsun, provided managed hosting and deployment environments for TEACH’s Drupal platform, giving the team templating support, one-click environment and database workflows, scalability for eight websites, and responsive DevOps support. The results included 1,032 total deployments, a 98.7% deployment success rate, and an average ticket response time of 16 minutes, helping TEACH grow its teacher recruitment efforts with greater speed, security, and operational ease.
