Uppler, a SaaS leader that builds customizable B2B marketplaces and e‑procurement platforms, faced slow, manual DevOps and strict customer requirements for isolated, region-specific hosting and data protection. To meet needs for per-customer isolation, faster deployments, and easier scaling while reducing operational overhead, Uppler worked with Platform.sh, adopting Platform.sh’s PaaS to abstract environment creation and meet regional compliance requirements.

Platform.sh delivered multi-region, dedicated environments and a unified infrastructure/CLI workflow so Uppler could automate provisioning and deployments with a single git‑push. As a result, deployments dropped from 2–3 hours to about 20 seconds, onboarding and environment setup became roughly 10x faster, and Uppler could offer customer-controlled hosting locations; Platform.sh also reduced on-call/support burdens, letting Uppler streamline its operations team and hiring.
