Plasma implemented Parts Wizard to aggregate multiple vendors (OEM and aftermarket), automate parts shopping and selection, and surface pricing, delivery times and labor benchmarks directly in the claims workflow. Deployed on schedule, the Plasma solution eliminates manual steps, significantly shortens claims processing time, improves claims accuracy by guiding adjusters to recommended choices, and reduces costs through faster, better-informed purchasing decisions.
