AT&T needed a way for enterprise buyers and developers to evaluate its Advanced Mobility Solutions (AMS) without the lengthy onboarding and paperwork required to access partner production platforms. Plasma partnered with AT&T to address this gap — leveraging the Plasma FUSION™ BPM Platform to create a self-serve Product Trial Environment that would drive adoption, shorten sales cycles, and position AT&T as a leader in enterprise mobile solutions.
Plasma implemented a Developer Onboarding Storefront that gives business customers free, production-like access to AT&T AMS sample code, APIs (including GSMS, Location Information Services, Messaging Toolkit, and MEAP) and documentation so they can prototype, test and beta the solutions. As a result, Plasma’s solution increased product awareness and adoption, shortened the sales cycle, enabled up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, and reduced time and risk for developers—driving higher product revenues and faster time-to-launch for AT&T customers.
