Plasma designed, developed and deployed a customized Plasma CRM, a tablet E‑Contracts app (with offline creation and later routing), and a Topline Reporting, Dashboarding and Analytics solution. As a result, the company now creates and routes E‑Contracts faster (reducing errors and enabling quicker invoicing), produces real‑time dashboards and automated reports with live KPIs and queries, and has eliminated fragile legacy systems—improving data integrity, availability and reducing maintenance and failure risk.
