Univita Health, a home health care provider with more than 25 years of experience, tasked its 80-person internal IT team with finding a new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution to maintain project management and time-tracking while adding functionality. Key requirements were a user-friendly interface to reduce ramp-up and time recording, robust and easy-to-produce reports, and simple project/profile setup.

The team selected Innotas for its intuitive user experience and reporting capabilities, which drove high adoption and reduced training time and user resistance. Implementation improved project tracking and reporting, and Univita is now moving to top-down resource management for better project planning and headcount allocation with support from Innotas’ implementation and customer success teams.
