TELUS Health, a provider of health technology solutions, was working to improve product delivery while reducing the friction between software engineers and quality assurance teams. Using Planview Hub, TELUS Health wanted to keep teams working in their preferred tools, such as Jira and Micro Focus ALM, without sacrificing collaboration, speed, or traceability.

Planview implemented bi-directional integration to synchronize stories, defects, comments, attachments, and status updates across the two systems. The result was several hundred updates automated each month, less duplicate data entry and context-switching, better data integrity from requirements to delivery, and stronger collaboration and efficiency for TELUS Health.
