LeadMD is a Scottsdale-based marketing services firm (founded 2010) that specializes in lead generation, marketing automation and Marketo/Salesforce integrations. As the company grew—over 2,500 engagements in five years and 400+ open projects—it faced time-tracking inefficiencies, low portfolio visibility, a disconnect between sales promises and delivery capacity, difficulty converting conceptual customer visions into concrete deliverables, and costly manual customer communications.

LeadMD implemented Clarizen integrated with Salesforce to unify sales and service, sync approved projects, and automate plan creation using 40+ prebuilt “Service Packs” (each with 10–15 tasks). The solution added real-time reporting and an External Collaborator customer portal for change-order capture, improving time tracking, eliminating the sales/service disconnect, enabling proactive issue resolution, supporting revenue recognition, and raising NPS and retainer-based business profitability.
