ENGIE, a global leader in energy-efficient services based in Paris, needed a more agile, cost-effective way to manage application and infrastructure projects. Its existing PPM tools (MS‑Project, Excel and HP PPM) required manual work for minor changes, were inflexible, and expensive to maintain, so ENGIE IT evaluated 12 solutions and shortlisted three for two‑week proofs of concept focused on improving PM efficiency, lowering costs, and enhancing resource management.
