Clariant, a global specialty chemicals company with more than 17,000 employees, needed better oversight of its Group IT workstream: three separate IT functions were using different tools with limited integration, making it hard to see how up to 50 concurrent projects (involving roughly 200 people worldwide) related to each other or what stage they were at for efficient resource allocation.

Clariant selected the cloud-based Clarizen for its flexibility and rapid deployment, rolling it out in just over five months with onsite workshops and global webinars (later rebranded internally as “OurProjects”).
