Uhde High Pressure Technologies (UHPT), a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp, was facing significant challenges in managing its complex project landscape of up to 170 simultaneous projects. The company struggled with meeting delivery dates and performing effective resource planning due to a reliance on manual tools like MS Project and Excel, which limited efficiency and transparency. To standardize and improve its planning processes, UHPT sought a new project management software solution and selected PLANTA after an extensive evaluation.

PLANTA implemented its project management software, including its core multi-project management product and custom components, to replace all of UHPT's previous tools.
