RGM Gruppe is a leading independent German facility and real estate service provider managing over 1,500 properties across Germany and Europe. Facing obsolete, fragmented IT tools with declining user acceptance, slow response to market changes and high total cost of ownership, RGM needed a central, standardised, process-driven IWMS and an online client portal to streamline operations and improve transparency.

RGM chose Planon’s process-oriented IWMS (with Accelerator best practices) and rolled it out in phases to 16 locations, consolidating client, contract, building and maintenance data in a single database and connecting bidirectionally to SAP. The solution includes Planon Mobile Field Services (110 users so far), faster work-order planning, built-in reporting and client self-service via the online portal—delivering improved quality, lower costs, clearer responsibilities and greater transparency, with ongoing rollout of mobile tools and dashboards planned.
