JTC Corporation is Singapore’s lead agency for planning and developing industrial land and facilities, managing over 2.6 million m² across a portfolio that includes 7,000 hectares and 4 million m² of ready-built space for some 8,000 customers. Facing a target to double its portfolio by 2018, JTC’s Facilities and Estates Management Division needed to scale without proportionally increasing costs or resources, eliminate paper-based and fragmented legacy processes, and adopt a standard off‑the‑shelf system to centralize data, automate workflows and support a customer-centric transformation.

JTC selected and rolled out Planon Universe as its Facilities and Estate Management System, engaging users and stakeholders in a phased implementation and integrating with SAP, CRM, GIS and procurement systems while equipping field engineers and service providers with mobile access. The platform became JTC’s single source of truth, enabling end-to-end automation, real-time supplier performance and order-to-payment visibility, faster turnaround and improved customer response — making operations more scalable, compliant and cost-efficient for current growth and future digital initiatives.
