PGGM implements continuous improvement and practical innovation with Planon Apps

PGGM is a cooperative pension administration organization serving employers and employees and managing substantial pension capital. After a 2008 reorganization the company needed more visible, accessible and compliant office support—especially for facilities, security and process control—while staying true to its culture of continuous improvement.

PGGM extended its existing Planon platform with Planon Self-Service, Planon Apps and Planon Kiosk: QR-coded meeting spaces and assets, smartphone incident reporting and real-time kiosk booking (integrated with Outlook). The rollout sped up reporting, increased issue detection, improved service quality and space utilization, boosted visibility and customer satisfaction, and helped earn recognition such as the 2013 Facility Perception Award.
