Maastricht University, a Dutch university with 16,500 students and 4,000 staff, sought to support its strategic CORE program by creating a better environment for its students and staff. By expanding its existing Planon solution into contract management, Maastricht University was able to record all contracts centrally. The Planon software provided easy access to contract information and automatically notified the facility services team when a contract was nearing its expiration date. This automation gave the university complete control over its contract management.
