Integrated Facility Management Services Delivery with Planon Facility Services Business Solution

Honegger AG is a Swiss integrated facility management (IFM) provider with 6,500 employees operating from 23 locations and about CHF 180 million in annual turnover. The company needed a single digital platform to manage its full IFM offering—beyond technical maintenance to include intelligent cleaning, subcontractor coordination, ticketing and customer engagement—because its previous software could not support cleaning workflows, mixed workforce management or a modern customer portal.

In 2022 Honegger implemented the Planon Facility Services Business Solution as a proof of concept, leveraging subcontractor and customer portals, mobile field-service apps and an open ecosystem for add-ons. The rollout improved service quality and employee satisfaction through clearer task data and mobile time stamping, increased customer transparency and engagement via the portal, strengthened financial control and H&S compliance, and positioned Honegger to expand into energy/sustainability management, AI scheduling and broader mobile time tracking.
