Corrigenda Facilities Services is a UK-based provider of asset management, energy management, capital projects and compliance services supporting 100 field technicians across 2,702 sites and 91 facilities for clients including local authorities, education, healthcare and housing associations. The company moved from a struggling ERP — which suffered slow support, ungoverned changes and limited invoicing and scheduling capabilities — and sought a specialist, highly integratable solution that could meet strict contract invoicing and user-friendly scheduling requirements.

Corrigenda implemented the Planon Facility Services Business Solution with the Mobile Field Services app, using the Planon Accelerator for a fast rollout. The change automated manual tasks, enabled paperless time capture, sped client responses via a customer portal, improved BI and reporting through a data lake, and tightened invoicing and revenue tracking—delivering better job visibility, higher customer satisfaction and a scalable platform ready for future IoT adoption.
