Planit’s role in Aruma’s digital transformation and BAU excellence

Aruma, a leading national disability services provider in Australia, engaged Planit to overcome challenges in testing maturity and scalability during its large-scale digital transformation. The organization needed to modernize its CRM and BAU operations while ensuring a seamless transition, but its internal capabilities lacked the structure to manage the complex programme and multiple vendors.

Planit implemented a two-pronged solution, establishing a Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE) for BAU operations and providing end-to-end testing for the transformation. Using a modern automation framework with Playwright and TypeScript, Planit delivered the first release with zero high-severity defects. The results included a significant uplift in testing maturity, reduced manual effort, and a scalable, centralized testing function, with Planit being recognized as the 'Gold Standard' vendor on the project.
