Pidoco GmbH builds web-based GUI prototyping software that lets agencies and software companies create clickable wireframes and test usability without installation. While delivering client projects the founders needed a flexible, web-based project management solution to keep work organized, transparent, and easy to coordinate with external staff and customers.

They adopted Planio’s configurable SaaS platform—replacing a Redmine setup—and began using wikis, ticketing, version control, Gantt charts and role-based permissions. Pidoco was later integrated via API as a Planio app so prototype previews appear in wikis and tasks can be created directly, resulting in smoother workflows, greater transparency for clients, and a project system that has scaled with the company’s needs.
