McLarens needed to evolve from a lightly used finance system into a more strategic, scalable FP&A function as its global business grew more complex. The result was cleaner, more consistent financial data, faster analysis, and clearer visibility for leadership; McLarens said it no longer had to “massage” data, and every view of the numbers in Planful produced the same outcome.
