Igloo faced the challenge of managing hundreds of cost centers across disconnected spreadsheets, which made budgeting, workforce planning, and reporting slow and difficult to coordinate. With Planful, Igloo moved to a finance-owned, collaborative planning environment that gave teams real-time access to budget data and improved visibility across the business.

Planful implemented its corporate performance management software, including consolidations, workforce planning, and a Microsoft Power BI connector, to centralize planning and reduce manual work. As a result, Igloo cut budget cycle time, enabled more than 40 users to collaborate in the system, strengthened alignment between Finance and HR, and replaced manual data preparation with a shared, up-to-date reporting process.
