ipoque GmbH, a Rohde & Schwarz company and leading provider of network analysis software with over 300 employees, needed a single tool to supervise the complete life cycle of its process models—from sales to customer support—while delivering real-time, stakeholder-specific views and transparency across offices in Leipzig, Berlin, and Haiger. To meet this challenge they adopted Planforge (formerly ONEPOINT)’s project and portfolio management software, leveraging its Jira and Confluence integrations to preserve existing workflows while aggregating data in real time.
Using Planforge, ipoque now manages customer, service, internal and organizational projects in one platform, linking complex Jira projects via bi-directional connectors, tracking progress with Gantt critical-path analysis, and monitoring KPIs on adjustable dashboards. The implementation improved cross-department communication, gave managers and stakeholders on-demand access to synchronized actuals and comparisons, enabled earlier detection of delays, and strengthened portfolio control and risk management—demonstrating tangible process transparency and more informed decision-making with Planforge.
