The Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority (CapMetro) faced the challenge of modernizing its paper-intensive, inefficient procurement process. PlanetBids provided a comprehensive solution, enabling the creation of digital bids, a vendor portal for submissions, and tools for emergency purchasing. This allowed CapMetro to achieve nearly 100% automation. The results included significantly faster bid processing, a robust database of over 1,550 ready-to-bid vendors, and the flexibility to support a fully remote workforce without interruption.
