Peak Dental Services Implements Denticon to Scale RCM

Peak Dental Services, a dental service organization founded in 2008 with 60 locations across two states, struggled with an outdated server‑based practice management system that made data access, revenue cycle management (RCM), and reporting across sites difficult. To solve this, Peak partnered with Planet DDS and implemented Denticon, the vendor’s cloud‑based practice management solution, to standardize data and processes and enable remote, real‑time visibility.

Planet DDS implemented Denticon to centralize patient records and workflows across all 60 offices, enabling the remote RCM team to access every location from one system, streamline interoffice referrals, and consolidate reporting. The move eliminated the need to run 60 separate reports—now reports are pulled from a single system—improved patient communications (email/text logged to charts), added ledger controls to reduce errors, and delivered measurable time savings and greater operational visibility across the organization.
