How Denticon Supports Growth Operations for Brush365

Brush365, founded by Dr. Sara Mahmood in 2017 and operating three locations, was held back by a cloud-based practice management platform that lacked true third-party integrations, centralized scheduling/billing, and reliable reporting. Seeking a scalable solution, Brush365 chose Planet DDS and began using the Denticon practice management system (along with Apteryx XVWeb imaging) in January 2022 to address those limitations.

Planet DDS implemented Denticon’s cloud-based platform—featuring a comprehensive API, centralized billing and scheduling, intuitive Dentilytics reporting, a patient portal, and seamless image migration—which allowed Brush365 (five providers and a 30-person team) to view schedules in one place, book across offices easily, eliminate manual report pulls, and transfer thousands of patient records and X‑rays securely. The move produced measurable operational gains: streamlined multi-office workflows, more accurate and accessible reporting, improved administrative and patient experiences, and the capacity to scale (a fourth location planned).
