Roanoke, Virginia area, Cross, Lavinder, Quinn & Park Family Dentistry, a three-location dental service organization, faced fragmented patient and employee data after each office used different practice management systems. To unify workflows and reduce manual back-office work, the practice selected Planet DDS’s cloud-based Denticon as their centralized practice management solution.
Planet DDS implemented Denticon to convert legacy data and provide a single, integrated platform across all three offices. As a result, the practice achieved centralized, real-time access to schedules and records, easier cross-location scheduling, faster onboarding of employees and providers, seamless integrations (e.g., eClaims, Dentigram), and a significant reduction in manual processes across the three locations.
