We Mean Business Coalition (WMBC) is a fully distributed nonprofit with 45 team members across Geneva, London, and New York City. In 2022, the organization needed to replace multiple employer of record providers with a single partner to simplify hiring across countries, improve responsiveness, and reduce costs, so it turned to Plane and its EOR services.

With Plane, WMBC gained one point of contact for hiring in over 100 countries, faster access to contract and compliance details, smoother onboarding, and more accurate payroll and offboarding handling. The team also said Plane’s pricing was about one-third of what they had paid before, while recruiting became more efficient and hires could start on the dates originally promised.
