Regrow Ag is a fully distributed climate tech company helping companies across the agricultural supply chain measure and reduce on-farm emissions. As the team grew rapidly in 2023 across 18 countries, Regrow needed a simpler, more cost-effective way to hire and pay employees globally, and chose Plane for its ease of use and pricing, along with its international employment platform.

With Plane’s guided hiring and onboarding flow, Regrow was able to add new hires quickly, often in about five minutes, while receiving responsive support from Plane’s Support and Hire Ops teams. Plane also helped Regrow transfer employees between countries, improve its competitiveness as an employer, and retain talent; since 2016, Regrow has helped abate over 600,000 tons of carbon dioxide.
