Warren Henry Automotive Group, a high-end auto retailer in south Florida, needed a modern, interactive way to engage customers, capture sales leads and streamline service and shopping workflows across showrooms and mall displays. To address this, the dealer partnered with Planar Systems and adopted the Planar Helium Series 24-inch multi-touch monitors integrated into kiosk solutions.
Digital Dealership System deployed customized kiosks using Planar Helium touchscreens in nine Warren Henry dealerships and in mall showcases, letting customers make service appointments, research accessories and request follow-up. The Planar Systems displays’ responsive multi-touch and HD imagery boosted customer interaction, generated more sales leads, improved Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and delivered measurable marketing ROI and increased dealer profits.
